  𑣲. GENERAL  
» i reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission at any time for any reason.  𑣲. REVISIONS  
» i allow revisions during the sketch stage free of charge. i will not make major changes during the lineart or rendering stages. please be upfront about any and all changes.  𑣲. DEADLINES & DELIVERY  
» commission turn-around time is dependent on the queue and life circumstances. i am a full time student, part time worker, and disabled, therefore i work slowly at times. however, completed commissions will not exceed three (3) months maximum.» hard deadlines must be discussed during the request. the commission will be pushed to the top of my queue and work will begin as soon as full payment is received. rush fee: + 5% of the base price.» files may be removed from my computer at any point for storage purposes, so it is upon the client to ensure the final files are saved and backed up at the time of completion.  𑣲. COMMUNICATION  
» all communication will be held through vgen messages or twitter dms (although twitter sucks and sometimes the messages don't go through. worst comes to worst, email me!)» i will reach out to you to update you on the progress as it is made. please don't hesitate to contact me at any time for additional updates!

  𑣲. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS  
» all commissions require payment to be upfront and in full. for larger projects, payment plans can be discussed, but be mindful that I will not work on the commission further than the sketch if the remaining amount has not been paid.» one the sketch is approved, refunds will NOT be permitted unless i am unable to continue the commission, in which i will refund you partially for the incompleted work.» chargebacks will have you blacklisted permanently from commissioning me again or purchasing my adoptables.» rude, demanding, or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation without refund.» please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction.» my prices are non-negotiable.» all payments will be handled through paypal invoice or ko-fi (commissions.gg, vgen, and ko-fi will use paypal as well). a sales tax of 2% will be added onto the final price for legal purposes.  𑣲. OTHER  
» i work on 2 commissions at a time (to prevent burn out and flare-ups). my queue is always public here!

Please note that these rules are subject to change in the future as I experiment with what works best.» DO NOT BID ABOVE YOUR MEANS. make sure that you are able to pay what we agreed upon within the appropriate timeframe. if you back out without a good reason, you will receive a strike; 3 strikes will lead to a blacklist that is upheld for 1 month.» do not sell/trade my designs to my list of blacklisted users.» you may not create lookalikes relating to my designs. this includes theming, color picking, and copying too many aspects at once.» all adoptable designs & prices are final. this means i will not do major edits to the design, but feel free to do so yourself, as long as an original, unedited file is saved somewhere.» please do not guilt-trip, harass, or beg for the design.» this only applies to Toyhouse users: if you have a privated design of mine, please make sure i am authorized and able to access it since i like to keep track of my adopts. if my design is not on toyhouse, please notify me first before it is traded/sold. i would prefer it if you had a toyhouse so that I can transfer it to you, but it is not necessary.

  ꩜ PAYMENT & REFUNDS  
» if you break my TOS in any way, your ownership of the design will be revoked and will go back to me. i am allowed to use it for any other purposes, including resale. If caught using the design unauthorized, I will take action.» if there is no payment within 24hrs without a valid reason, the adoptable will be automatically forfeited & will go to the 2nd in line.» commercial usage is always included in the highest AB/SP. during auctions, it will be included once a certain amount has been reached. commercial fee may be purchased at a later date.» no refund (including down payment) will be given, no matter the reason. payment is via paypal invoice or ko-fi. i will send you all the files once i have received the entire amount. you will have full ownership once the full payment has been made. do not claim it to be yours if you haven’t paid in its entirety.  ꩜ USAGE  
» please credit me for the design. redesign/reselling/trade/gifting but only at a price equal to or lower than the original purchase, unless it includes extra art or add-ons. (ex. if you obtain the design for free, you may not resell it for real money.) instant reselling is also prohibited.» if redesigning or editing, it should look somewhat similar to the original adoptable; please keep a copy of the original version somewhere.» my designs/adoptables must NOT be used to spread any hateful rhetoric of any kind. This includes but is not limited to: racism, homophobia, transphobia, hate speech, etc.
