By commissioning me, I will assume you have read my entire TOS.☆ PAYMENTS commissions are not first come first serve (FCFS). all commissions must be paid upfront in full OR 50% upfront and the remaining 50% once sketch is completed. please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction. i will not work on the commission further than the sketch if the remaining amount has not been paid.☆ REVISIONS i allow unlimited revisions during the sketching stage, don't hesitate to tell me if something should be changed. once i begin coloring only minor revisions are to be made. excessive amounts of revisions or major changes after the sketch phase may result in a fee.☆ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY deadlines are always provided per piece. commissions will be sent via vgen and e-mail with high resolution when full payment has been made/art has been completed.☆ USE my work is never to be used for NFT or AI training purposes. ☆ no refunds – all sales are final!☆ no design changes – what you see is what you get! you’re free to redesign the character, but i won’t make changes for you.☆ credit me when using the design! exposure is always appreciated.☆ commercial use (merchandise, ads, prints, etc.) will always be +$10 USD.☆ reselling, trading, or gifting is okay! please let me know in advance, and please don’t resell for much more than the original price unless you are providing extras on your own volition. instant reselling is prohibited.
