Terms of Service

This is a condensed version of the TOS! To see an extensive version, you can find it on any of my services on VGen.☆ By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms:☆ Do not post any of my commissions without directly linking to my socials. Please credit me as @myokogu whether that be through captions, alt. text or the "people in this photo" tagging system for posts. It can also be in your biography if you use the art as an icon, etc.☆ I am willing to draw: OCs, Fan-Art, Custom Designs, Kemonomimi, Ship Art, Suggestive designs / some nudity is OK, Anthro is OK (flat-face furries are OK).☆ I am NOT willing to draw: NSFW (hentai), Realism (Semi-Realism is OK, ask for examples if need be), Realistic animals, Mecha, Elderly, Some Gore is OK.

Payments & Refunds

☆ Refunds can only be requested if I have not begun working on the art.☆ Commissions are not “First Come First Served” (FCFS).☆ All commissions must be paid upfront in full OR 50% upfront and the remaining 50% once the sketch is completed.☆ Please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction.☆ I will not work on the commission further than the sketch if the remaining amount has not been paid.☆ All payments will be handled through PayPal/VGen.

Usage

☆ Copyright: I retain full copyright of all my artworks, including commissioned pieces. I am allowed to use them for portfolio purposes UNLESS the client wishes for me not to.☆ Clients can post all art received such as display or sharing on social media as long as proper credit is given.☆ Commercial Usage in my definition: merchandise to be sold (art that will be made into physical and digital merch like keychains, prints, etc.)☆ Personal Usage in my definition: Profile pictures, banners, etc., personal prints or merchandise (that you do not intend to sell / monetize in any way), and art that you just want to keep on Toyhouse, in a folder, etc.☆ Commercial licenses will always be 100% of the price (unless already included in the price).

Workflow & Delivery

☆ Delivery time can vary between 1 week to 1 month. If I need more time, I will discuss that with you in DMs and then request a revision on VGen.☆ Hard deadlines shorter than 1 week from the request date may incur a $5 rush fee.☆ After delivery, I will keep revisions open for one week (7 days from the delivery date). After that, the files may be removed from my computer at any point, so please ensure everything is up to standard.

Communication

☆ All communication will be held on VGen for safety purposes unless other forms of contact prove to be easier to you.☆ I will reach out to you to update you on the progress as it is made. Please feel free to contact me at any time for additional updates! Updates will mostly be visual.
