★ I WILL NOT DRAW: hate speech/symbols, elderly, mecha, hentai, and exaggerated muscularity.☆ I WILL DRAW: fanart, couple art, original character art, suggestive art/designs.★ I reserve the full right to decline any commission under any circumstance. By commissioning me, I will assume you have read my entire TOS.☆ PAYMENTS Commissions are not first come first serve (FCFS). I take 100% payment after the sketch (if everything is up to standard). For refined and flat sketch commissions, i take 100% upfront. Please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction. You can contact me for work via Twitter, email, Discord (@myokogu), or VGen DMs! For bigger commissions, payment plans can always be discussed.

★ REVISIONS I do allow up to three free revisions for colored sketches and rendered pieces when in the sketching/base color phase! After I begin rendering, it will be a bit more difficult for me to change things. please ensure things are up to standard during the early phases.☆ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY Deadlines are per usual around a week or two, however, I may finish it faster. Once I finish and check over the commission, I will send you the included files and notify you via your preferred method of contact.★ USE My work is never to be used for NFT or AI training purposes. Using the commission to stream, promote yourself, or use it as your persona is completely fine and encouraged. Please ask before you publicly post any of the unfinished work I send you.☆ REFUNDS & CANCELLATION Refunds may only be issued if I miss the delivery date and have not communicated with you! PLEASE do not pay and then request a refund. Cancellation can be issued up until you pay.★ COMMUNICATION I will reach out to you to update you on the progress at least once every few days or so once the commission is started. Please feel free to contact me at any time for additional updates! Updates will mostly be visual.☆ unless you state otherwise, i have the right to use commissions to promote my art.
