Terms of Service

This is a condensed version of the TOS! To see an extensive version, you can find it on any of my services on VGen.☆ By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms:☆ I am willing to draw: OCs, Fan-Art, Custom Designs, Kemonomimi, Ship Art, Suggestive designs / some nudity is OK, Anthro is OK (flat-face furries are OK).☆ I am NOT willing to draw: NSFW (hentai), Realism (Semi-Realism is OK, ask for examples if need be), Realistic animals, Mecha, Elderly, Gore (Scarring and wounding is OK, but detailed gore will pose difficulties as I do not study it often).

Payments & Refunds

☆ Refunds can only be requested if I have not begun working on the art (it has not been marked as a WIP on my queue).☆ Commissions are not “First Come First Served” (FCFS).☆ All commissions must be paid upfront in full OR 50% upfront and the remaining 50% once the sketch is completed. For bigger commissions ($100+) payment plans can be discussed.☆ Please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction.☆ I will not work on the commission further than the sketch if the remaining amount has not been paid.☆ All payments will be handled through PayPal/VGen.

Usage

☆ Copyright: I retain full copyright of all my artworks, including commissioned pieces. I am allowed to use them for portfolio purposes UNLESS the client has paid a privacy fee (+$5).☆ Clients are granted a license to use the artwork for personal purposes, such as display or sharing on social media as long as proper credit is given.☆ Commercial Usage in my definition: streaming / content usage (overlays for Twitch), VTuber usage (banners, character designs, art you intend to monetize / sell, etc.), merchandise to be sold in mass (art that will be made into physical merch like keychains, prints, etc.) Merchandise might have to be further discussed, just DM me if unsure.☆ Personal Usage in my definition: Profile pictures, banners, etc., personal prints or merchandise (that you do not intend to sell / monetize in any way), and art that you just want to keep on Toyhouse, in a folder, etc.☆ Commercial licenses will always be 100% of the price (unless already included in the price).☆ I ask that upon posting, credit should be visible somewhere.

Workflow & Delivery

☆ Delivery time can vary between 1 week to 1 month. If I need more time, I will discuss that with you in DMs and then request a revision on VGen. If we are unable to come to an agreement, then you may be refunded.☆ Hard deadlines shorter than 1 week from the request date may incur a $5 rush fee.

Communication

☆ All communication will be held on VGen for safety purposes unless other forms of contact prove to be easier to you.☆ I will reach out to you to update you on the progress as it is made. Please feel free to contact me at any time for additional updates! Updates will mostly be visual.
